Answer the following eight questions to get a better idea of the level of service your loved one needs and the cost of their residence in one of our communities. Vista Springs provides luxury lifestyles for a wide variety of capabilities in various neighborhoods within the community. Community members can be assured they may “age-in-place,” knowing additional service will be available as needed with no increase in price.

This calculator is not a substitute for the formal clinical, physical, and functional assessment required by the Vista Springs’ Director of Nursing prior to presentation of the residency contract for your consideration.

What will be important to ensure the best culinary experience possible at Vista Springs?

Three nutritious and tasty meals a day would be lovely.

The three meals a day, plus some assistance cutting difficult foods would be perfect.

Three meals a day with encouragement to eat, and supervision to ensure safety (chewing/swallowing) will give peace of mind.

How well do they walk and get around on their own?

Great – there are only minor issues with mobility.

A mobility device is sometimes or always needed.

A mobility device plus the assistance of a person is frequently or always needed.

How concerned are you about them falling?

Not too concerned.

Moderately concerned (they have fallen before and may need some supervision)

Very concerned (they have fallen before, and supervision and assistance are required)

Would bathing, dressing, or grooming assistance be helpful?

No, this is not needed or desired. At most, prompting these activities would be helpful.

Someone standing by during bathing and helping to set-up dressing and grooming items might be helpful.

Are any services to help manage incontinence, or in-person assistance using the toilet needed?

Supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, including total care where needed

Living At Vista Springs

Specific individualized services are determined by an initial clinical physical and functional assessment prior to move-in and confirmed 30 days after admission to suit each client's personal needs and desires. Packages are available for more extensive needs.

Vista Springs covers wounds, medication management, oxygen, catheters, vitals, and other specialized treatments in both the Platinum Care and Platinum Extended Care plans. The Platinum Extended Care plan fulfills the requirement of a more extensive assist or frequency of services.

Evaluations are completed regularly to assure an appropriate, personalized program is always provided. An individual's plan for services may increase or decrease as their needs and/or desires change. The bundling of the costs allows us to personalize our approach to creating a customized care and service plan for each individual, and we always welcome ideas from our community members and their families on how to continually meet or exceed, and even anticipate before being asked, a person’s evolving wants and needs. This "All Inclusive" pricing program is the most transparent approach in the industry today.

Community Fee

The Community Fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge to each new member in the sum of $3,000 for Independent/Catered Living option, or $4,000 for Assisted Living Platinum/Platinum Enhanced programs that is due at time of move-in.

Short Term Stays

Respite or Rehab Short-Term Stay is $300 per day. (2 week minimum), requires a $350 non-refundable processing fee and payment of initial term of planned stay in advance. If client converts to permanent residency the processing fee is credited to the new member’s Community Fee.

**Service Plan Investment level is based on a comprehensive assessment of physical and functional needs. An individual’s plan may be adjusted according to their evolving needs and preferences. The plan monthly investment may increase or decrease as a member’s needs, goals or desires change.

**Shared Suite admissions are not eligible for a reduction in the Community Fee, as a Personalized Service Plan and Assessment are required for each individual. Members opting for double occupancy or qualifying for Friendship or Harmony Suite accommodations are eligible for statement credits that reduce their Base Monthly investment by 10%. Studios are single occupancy only

All prices are an estimate based on your answers to give you an idea of what to expect. A full examination is still required to determine your exact level of care, and there are a variety of housing options that can affect the price.
